A Quick Review: Black Bean Pasta

 

It’s weird.

It tastes chewy.

BUT, it cooks like regular pasta.IMG_20160324_192346

Remember to always salt the water.

Unlike gluten-full pasta, you’ll never make too much of this just because it is impossible to do so. The thickness and length of the noodles are so small, an entire bag could just feed a family of four.

My husband likes it so I will most likely buy it again if I don’t feel like making pasta by hand again.

Which means I will be buying this again.
